Our service, including templates, designs, and branding, are owned by FromMeToYou. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.

Tokens are used to create webpage gifts with extended expiration. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that gifts will be available indefinitely. Links shared by recipients may expire based on the token tier selected.

FromMeToYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid, if any.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with legal requirements.
